The largest and most expensive high-end smartphone in the Galaxy S 2023 series - Galaxy S23 Ultra has a design that is not much different from its predecessor. It also has the same square corners as last year's Galaxy S22 Ultra. However, the new screen does not have a completely flat design as some previous predictions.

In addition, the front camera is not integrated into the 6.8-inch screen and the overall camera cluster is extremely familiar, at least in position. And of course, the biggest upgrade is barely noticeable to the naked eye. It's a 200MP main camera, which is expected to deliver more spectacular nighttime and astrophotography.
Compared to its smaller "brothers", the Galaxy S23 Ultra has a more boxy design and is equipped with an S Pen borrowed from the (discontinued) Galaxy Note series. The main colors of the Galaxy S23 Ultra are expected to include: Phantom Black, Cotton Flower White, Botanic Green and Misty Lilac Purple.

It is expected that this "super product" will have some additional colors, including: red, light blue, light green and gray.
In terms of power, all three Galaxy S23 models will be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. Besides, Galaxy S23 Ultra has up to 12GB RAM combined with up to 1TB of memory capacity.
Unfortunately, the single camera on the front can be reduced from 40 megapixels on the Galaxy S22 Ultra to just 12MP. In return, this detail is still integrated with many interesting new features and has a big step forward in overall "quality".
Meanwhile, the cluster of 3 secondary cameras on the back remains the same as the Galaxy S Ultra 2022, with improved super wide-angle and zoom photography skills through software optimization.

According to rumors, this is also the only Galaxy S in the lineup with 128GB of standard internal memory. In addition, like the Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra, this smartphone will run the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip but have a 3900 mAh battery (bigger than the 3700 mAh battery on the Galaxy S22).
